At AZRI Mortgage, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered. All payments made for our compliance and Responsible Individual (RI) services are final. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. This Refund Policy is not a substitute for legal advice. If you have questions about your rights or consumer protections beyond our services, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney for specific legal guidance.

At AZRI Mortgage, all sales are final. We provide specialized compliance services and Responsible Individual (RI) duties, and once services are rendered, payments are non-refundable. This policy ensures clarity and aligns with the nature of our work, which often requires immediate action and tailored solutions. Clients are encouraged to review service agreements thoroughly before proceeding with payment, as we do not issue refunds for services already delivered.

• Final Sales: All payments made to AZRI Mortgage are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

• 30-Day Notice for Termination: Clients must provide a 30-day written notice to terminate any ongoing service agreements.

• No Refunds for Partial Months: If a client terminates services mid-month, no refunds will be provided for the remaining days in that month.
